Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Celonix you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Celonix provides business software for mobile-shop dealers, retail shops, their staff, and independent technicians: sales, accounting, inventory, B2B ordering, and hiring tools. Each tenant's data is isolated — your records are visible only to you, your staff, and the parties you transact with (for example, the dealer you order from). Features may evolve as the platform develops.

2. Accounts & roles

Register with accurate business details and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything done through your accounts, including staff logins you create — grant each staff member only the permissions their work needs. New shop and dealer registrations are reviewed by the team before activation. You must be legally permitted to run the business you register and meet your local legal age requirements.

3. Your data

Your business data belongs to you. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you. Financial records are kept as an immutable ledger; destructive edits are not possible by design. You may export a backup of your tenant at any time from Settings → Backup. See the Privacy Policy for how information is handled.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Celonix to record transactions you know to be unlawful, attempt to access another tenant's data, probe the platform's infrastructure, or reverse-engineer its security controls. Violations may lead to suspension or disabling of an account.

5. Plans and billing

There is no free plan: every account is on a paid plan, billed in advance through Razorpay at the prices shown at sign-up or renewal. Plan limits (staff logins, inventory items, customers, routes) are enforced server-side. Upgrades take effect immediately; refunds are at the operator's discretion except where required by law.

6. Availability & liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Balances and stock figures should be verified against your own records; keep regular tenant backups.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service evolves; material changes are announced by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Celonix after a change means you accept the updated terms, and the live version always lives on this page.
